The Genesis Owner Welcome Program is a fully digital, automated gifting platform supporting the entire U.S. Genesis lineup.

We designed a scalable, lightweight solution that delivers a personalized welcome experience to every new Genesis owner nationwide. Each model features curated gift options, dynamically presented through a secure, efficient authentication flow.

Outcome: A high-performance platform with SSO, composable architecture, and real-time gift fulfillment. Hitting key objectives, our solution has scaled seamlessly with recent Genesis growth while creating a strong first touchpoint for hundreds of thousands of new brand owners.

Residence 2544 is an ultra-luxury spec home in San Francisco’s Cow Hollow neighborhood. We designed a cohesive brand and marketing system for a narrow audience: ultra-high-net-worth buyers seeking a true city-proper residence.

The work pairs an elegant, timeless foundation with refined playfulness — designed to attract buyers who value both prestige as well as the city’s character. Execution reflects that balance: a restrained logomark referencing the home’s world-class views, approachable serif headlines, and muted pistachio-green accents to animate an otherwise monochrome palette.

The home sold in under 10 months for just below ask ($42M). Whether our pistachio-green color choice helped close the deal remains debatable.
